Come and See
The best way to understand a classical Christian school is to stand in one while it is happening.
We would love to show you around. Come during the school day, meet the teachers, look in on the classrooms while they are full, and ask us anything you want to ask.
What to Expect
A visit takes about 45 minutes. You will walk the building with Josh Ballew, our director, or Laura Castillo, our application and enrollment coordinator. You will see each of our four classrooms and have time to sit down afterward with your questions.
We schedule visits during the school day on purpose. A quiet building on a Saturday tells you nothing. We would rather you see a normal Tuesday, noise and all.
Bring your children. They are welcome, and watching how your child responds to a classroom is usually more useful than anything we can tell you.
While You Are Here
Four classrooms, not seven grades. Kindergarten stands alone, then 1st and 2nd together, 3rd and 4th, 5th and 6th. You will see what that actually looks like from the doorway, which is the fastest way to understand it.
Morning Recitation. If your visit starts early enough you will catch the whole school reciting together. It is the clearest picture of what we mean by classical, and it takes about ten minutes to watch.
The teachers. You will meet them in their own rooms, mid day, doing the job. Ask them anything.
Whatever is on your list. Uniforms, lunch, class sizes, what happens after 6th grade, how the two year rotation works, what a hard day looks like. Nothing is off limits.
Request a Visit
Tell us a little about your family and we will follow up to find a time. If it is easier to talk, call us at (775) 333-6271.
Before You Decide It Is Out of Reach
Financial Aid Available As God Provides.
Cost is the reason most families never book the visit, and it is the wrong reason. Come see the school first, then let us talk about what is actually possible for your family. We do have families here attending on aid.
