Financial Aid

Financial Aid Available As God Provides

If you are drawn to CCA and the cost is what gives you pause, we would rather hear from you than have you rule it out. Private school is a real sacrifice for most families, and we take that seriously. This page lays out what tuition actually looks like, how aid works, and how to start the conversation.

What "As God Provides" Means

CCA is a ministry of Calvary Chapel Reno Sparks, and our financial aid comes from the gifts of people who want more families to have access to a Christ centered education. What we can give in a year depends on what has been given, and we would rather say that honestly than promise something we cannot keep.

Aid is based on need. Every family that applies is considered, and a committee reviews each application individually.

We also believe God provides in more ways than one. Sibling discounts and monthly payment plans are part of how we try to make room for families, and those are available to everyone.

What Tuition Looks Like

Annual tuition for 2026/2027 is $7,750 per child.

A second child receives 10 percent off tuition, and a third child receives 15 percent off.

An Example Family

Here is what that looks like for a family with three children at CCA, using the ten month plan.

First child: $7,750 a year
Second child, 10 percent off: $6,975 a year
Third child, 15 percent off: $6,587.50 a year

That is $21,312.50 for the year, or about $2,131 a month for ten months. A family with two children would pay $14,725 for the year, or about $1,473 a month.

Those are the numbers before any financial aid. Every aid award is worked out with the family, case by case.

There is also a $100 application fee for each child and a $400 enrollment fee for each family, both non refundable.

Four Ways to Pay

Annual. One payment of $7,750, due July 1st.

Twice a year. Two payments of $3,875, due July 1st and January 1st.

Ten months. Ten payments of $775, August 1st through May 1st.

Twelve months. Twelve payments of $646, July 1st through June 1st.

Figures are for one child at full tuition. Sibling discounts, and any aid awarded, reduce each payment.

How to Apply for Aid

Applying for financial aid is a separate step from applying for admission. Applying for aid does not commit you to anything.

Talk With Us First

Call or email the office before you start. We can tell you what to expect and answer questions you may not want to ask in a form.

Complete the FACTS Application

We use FACTS Grant and Aid, an independent service many Christian schools use, to review aid applications. You share your household income and expenses with FACTS, and FACTS gives our committee an independent review of your family's need.

Hear Back From Us

Once your FACTS application is complete, our committee reviews it and we let you know what we are able to offer. If you are wondering about timing, just ask; we are glad to walk you through it.

Let's Talk First

Please do not let cost be the reason you never come and see CCA. Schedule a tour, look in on the classrooms, and ask us anything about tuition while you are here. We would be glad to pray with you about whether CCA is right for your family.

Call 775-333-6271 or email info@ccareno.org. The office is open Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm.
